We were called to provide "professional crane assistance". This company needed to install a head on a blow molder, and, in fact, had an overhead crane. We went with three of us, me, and our two techs. The challenge is that the headspace between the hook and the head could only be 2 inches, so we had to use their lifting sling creatively (but safely) to shorten it significantly. We spent most of the time being sure that we do not damage anything due to small clearances literally everywhere.
