I bought a Meilink safe at auction. Unfortunately for me, the safe was locked. It was a light duty fire safe, really just a fireproof box. I reasoned that, for marketing reasons, the hardest avenue would be the door, and the easiest is the bottom. To open it, I flipped it upside down and cut the first layer of steel with an angle grinder. Then busted the gypsum insulation, and cut the second layer. The safe, sadly, was empty.
